RENTAL ARCHIVE collects only the details needed to take your booking, get the dress to you, and get it back again.
What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, along with your booking details such as dress, size, event date and rental window.
We also record when you accept our policies at checkout, so both of us have a clear record of what was agreed and when.
How we use it
To confirm and fulfil your rental, contact you about pickup, delivery and returns, and to handle refunds, damage or late returns if they arise.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see it
Your booking details are visible to you in your account and to RENTAL ARCHIVE staff who manage rentals. Service providers such as our hosting and delivery partners process data only as needed to run the service.
Access, correction and contact
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep. Contact us and we will respond as quickly as we can.
